Michelle is a bilingual Spanish/English early childhood mental health therapist, skilled trainer and has extensive experience in social services. She has served as a home visitor, program manager, supervisor, and trainer, bringing a trauma-informed lens to leadership development and coaching. Michelle has trained extensively on reflective practice and has delivered statewide trainings on the NEAR@Home trauma-informed home visiting curriculum. She also trains leaders and early childhood professionals in understanding and applying Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) research to strengthen supervision, team culture, and organizational resilience. Rosey is a licensed clinical social worker and endorsed Infant Mental Health Specialist with over 20 years of experience supporting professionals in early childhood programs. She specializes in leadership development through reflective consultation, supervision, and training, helping supervisors and program managers strengthen their capacity to support staff and foster resilience. Rosey has provided individual and group reflective consultation to leaders in Head Start, Early Head Start, Healthy Families, Relief Nurseries, and public health programs across Oregon.
