    Cara Copeland is a respected leader in nonprofit and social services. With over 20 years of experience, she has held key program and executive roles, excelling in strategic planning, team-building, and leadership coaching. She has master’s degrees in Sociology and Higher Education Administration, reflecting her interests in sociology, leadership, program evaluation, and education. Cara focuses on using implementation science to improve and expand effective programs. She enjoys helping teams grow through a strengths-based approach and loves creating and leading team retreats. Above all, she values having fun throughout her work.

With an interdisciplinary background and a gift for translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insights, Catie strengthens projects through her thoughtful approach to research, inclusive engagement, and accessible communication. Her skills in qualitative analysis, participatory research design, and creative facilitation help organizations elevate community voice and build authentic connections across language and culture. Catie is the founder of Voces Consulting, where she partners with organizations to strengthen their language and cultural readiness to better serve Spanish-speaking communities.
